CHILDREN; No charge up to the age of 2 years. Between 2 years and 12 years inclusive half the adult rate applies when sharing a room with two adults. 13 years upwards the full adult rate applies. There is a single room supplement of £15.00 per night for double rooms used as singles. This also depends on the time of year as when we are busy the full rate will apply for one person in a double room.
We ask for a £50.00 non refundable deposit per room at the time of booking either by credit/debit card or cheque. We will hold the room until the cheque arrives and give between 7 and 10 days for this. Payment is due on arrival or departure, whichever is easiest for you. You may cancel your holiday at any time but there may be a penalty payable depending on the timing. Check in time is from 1 pm on the arrival day and check out at 10 am on the departure day but we are quite adaptable and will do our best to help make this comfortable for you. Luggage can be stored at any time and if using the garage, we can more often than not give you a parking space after 10 am on arrival day.
Unfortunately, we do not offer a late check in service so we would need to know an estimated time of arrival. Obviously if there are traffic problems or any other problems please ring to let us know if you are going to be any later than 8pm on arrival day.
